The book is divided into three colour-coded sections. The basic knowledge section commences with the anatomy and physiology of the breast, supported with current evidence, and continues with positioning, tandem nursing, and breastfeeding multiples. Particular detail is given to normal and pathological forms of bowel movements of breastfed and formula fed infants. The second section covers breastfeeding difficulties and causes.
